Farley General Post Office on Tuesday, the nation’s deadline for filing income taxes. To the tune of “We Shall Not Be Moved,” the Grannies introduced their own chorus in protest of the Iraq War, including the lyrics: “We shall not pay for Bush’s war/We shall not pay for Bush’s war/We’ll pay for jobs and health and education/Not for Bush’s war!” |
