Fulton Houses rocks the block

The annual Fulton Houses Family Day Block Party took place on Saturday from noon to 7 p.m. on West 17th Street between Ninth and 10th Avenues, drawing scores of residents and neighbors for a BBQ, good conversation and amusement rides. Some of the food and the rides for the event, which happens on the weekend before Labor Day each year, were donated by an array of local businesses.
