Measuring time and distance at Chelsea Cove North
Chelsea resident Kevin Riley, on his handcycle, stopped to look at Paul Ramirez Jonas’ waterwheel and odometer art installation, “Long Time,” at the end of Pier 66 recently. After seeing the odometer, which registered the number 26,825, Riley checked the odometer on his unusual bike and found he had logged 6,963 miles.
