Condo-hotel site gets all Trumped up

Following the city’s approval early last month of a building permit for Donald Trump and Bayrock/Sapir’s planned 42-story condo-hotel at Spring and Varick Sts., construction workers were hard at work on Wednesday. With the foundation already completed, new floors should start going up quickly.
