Flatiron BID to hold first annual meeting

Flatiron/23rd St. Partnership Business Improvement District will hold its first annual meeting for property owners, merchants, not-for-profit groups and residents at 8 a.m. Thurs. June 14 at Cipriani 23rd St., 200 Fifth Ave.

Commissioner Robert Walsh of the Department of Small Business Services and Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer will be guest speakers at the initial meeting, where members will elect new directors of the partnership representing commercial and residential property owners, commercial tenants and residential tenants.

The meeting is open to friends of the BID, but only registered members—owners, commercial tenants and residents—will be eligible to vote. To register for the meeting, phone 212-741-2323 or email events@flatironbid.org no later than June 4.
