Zoning expert to give talks at CUNY
Doris Diether, chairperson of the Community Board 2 zoning committee and long-time zoning consultant, will give a series of four Wednesday lectures, April 425, 6:308 p.m. at the CUNY Graduate Center, 365 Fifth Ave. at W.34th St., on the interaction of citizens and city agencies on zoning. The topics are: An Overview of Zoning, Past and Present; Zoning and Aesthetic Impact; Uses and Signs; and the Role of Agencies. The series fee is $110, and individual sessions $30.
