Sandwiched by police
Police surrounded a man they had handcuffed outside the Cosi sandwich/coffee shop on Sixth Ave. between 22nd and 23rd Sts. on Friday at 2 p.m. Police at the scene would not comment on why the man was arrested or why he was removed by ambulance. Chelsea Now photo by Jefferson Siegel
