As usual, last week’s Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade ended in Chelsea at 34th St. One could find taxis on a rainy day, but just couldn’t ride in them, above. Garfield — like the other balloons — held at a low altitude by handlers because of the day’s winds and rain, made his way down 34th St.
